Specimen
Five labelled rows before you buy
The specimen is the first five rows of the requirement register, the plan and the column order the kit uses. It is labelled, free and needs no account. The paid kit carries all 35 requirements and the worksheet.
The specimen files
- Specimen PDF, the five rows and the change statement as a printed page.
- Specimen CSV, the same rows in the register's column order.
The specimen is the first five model rows of the register, labelled as a specimen. The requirements and evidence are real; the level found, level appropriate, owner and due columns are blank, as they would be in your copy.
The column order
Ref, code, draft heading, requirement, group application, evidence to keep, level found, level appropriate, gap, owner, due date, status and source. The order is the same in the PDF, the CSV and the XLSX, so a row can be checked across formats.
| Column | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Code and requirement | The ISO 37004:2023 identifier and title. |
| Draft heading | The ISO/DIS 37014 public contents heading it sits under. |
| Group application | What the requirement means when one board controls another. |
| Evidence | The record an evaluator asks for. |
| Levels | The level found and the level the group decides is appropriate. |
| Owner, due, status | The working columns that make it a register rather than a list. |
| Source | The clause and the link to the official text. |
Then the kit
If the column order fits, the full kit is USD 299 one off and carries the 35 requirements, the 54-cell worksheet, the evidence list, the boundary map and the dated plan.
