The kit
35 requirements, 15 cells, one dated plan
The kit is the record as a working document: every model requirement, the evidence an evaluator asks for, the gaps commonly found, a maturity worksheet, a group boundary map, an owner and a due date. It is built from the same record as the site and exported in three formats.
What arrives
- The requirement register. 35 requirements with the draft heading, the group application, the evidence and the gaps, plus columns for the level found, the level that is appropriate, an owner and a due date.
- The maturity worksheet. Three aspects across the five measurement activities, 15 cells, each with the level found, the evidence cited and the next action.
- The evidence list. 39 records an evaluator asks for, by requirement and category, with an owner and a status column.
- The group boundary map. Controller, each controlled entity, each governing body, the instrument of control and the date the relationship was last tested.
- The dated plan. The milestones from today to the planning date and to your next review, with the evidence to keep at each one.
- The change statement. A one-page record of the decision to adopt, defer or decline, with the owner and the date.
When the standard publishes, the register is reissued against the published text and kit buyers receive it at no extra charge. If the published text changes a requirement or a term, the register is corrected then, not guessed now.
Five labelled rows before you buy
The specimen is the first five rows of the register and the first rows of the evidence list, labelled as a specimen. It is free, has no account gate and downloads as a PDF and a CSV. Check the column order and the source line against the requirement pages before you decide.
USD 299, one off
No subscription, no seat price and no renewal. After the standard publishes, the register is reissued against the published text and sent to kit buyers at no extra charge. The change watch is separate and optional.

What the kit does not do
It does not reproduce the ISO text, it does not certify and it is not legal advice. It does not decide the appropriate level for you; that is the governing body's judgement, and the kit gives you the evidence and the record to hold the conversation. It does not replace ISO 37004:2023 or ISO 37000:2021.
