ISO/DIS 37014, A.3
Implementation
The draft's public contents entry A.3, with what it does, what it means for a controlled group and what to keep. This page is our statement of the public structure and the model, not the draft's text.
What this part of the draft does
The contents list names implementation. In the model, implementation is where the dimensions are rated: the instrument, the raters, the evidence consulted and the per-aspect ratings are recorded before any aggregation. The draft body is not public.
What it means when you apply it
Rate first, aggregate later. An implementation that starts from a target level and works backwards produces a number that cannot be traced to evidence.
Implementation is the longest step and the one most often cut short. The example keeps the evidence beside each rating; a group that records only the rating has a result it cannot defend when an entity board disagrees with it.
The clause reference is the draft's public contents heading. From clause 4 onwards the body is not in the free preview, so this page states the public heading, the model it draws on and our own reading, and does not present the draft's text.
What to keep beside the evaluation
The rating sheet per dimension and aspect, with the evidence cited against each rating.
- The clause reference and the edition you read, so a later reader can check it.
- The decision it supports, with an owner and a date.
- The link to the requirement rows it frames, so the clause is not an orphan page in the file.
The annex body is not in the public preview. This page describes the step the draft's contents list names and the method in ISO 37004:2023 clause 6.5, and labels it as such.
